Revelation Bible Ministry

March 2020 Newsletter

Dear Loved ones,

Thank you for all of your prayers and support.  I believe everyone receiving their Bibles are grateful for your love that is poured into each one, I know I am.   Some of their letters included below are a testament to the Holy Spirit working through each of us as co-laborers with the Lord, all glory to God.

God willing we’ll be gathering at Grace Bible Church in Hayward this Saturday March 14th from 8AM – 2PM to prepare and ship Bibles to inmates, please come out and help.

Last time we gathered we read these letters that I would like to share with you now…

Dear brothers and sisters at Revelation Bible Ministry,

Hello, my name is John, a blessed recipient of a new NKJV Compact, carry – easy Bible that your ministry has sent me.

I would first like to thank you, thank you all so very much for this wonderful gift, I was truly taken back by your workmanship displayed on the cover of my new Bible, it’s beautiful!

This is by far the nicest gift I’ve ever received in my 18 ½ years of incarceration.  I plan to carry it with me where ever I go.  God bless you all there at (R.B.M.) for your love and deep concern for the prisoners across the United States, especially those who volunteer their time and dedication to advance the Gospel of Christ.

I also was moved by the letter of the gang member who was praying for his daughter who had cancer, what a moving story it was, for me especially, because I lost my daughter back in 2012 due to a lung infection, it was the hardest thing to have to go through in my life while being incarcerated.  That was over 7 years ago but the pain of not being there by her side through her toughest times still affects me today.

But I press on! Your ministry is a Wonderful gift to so many believers behind bars and I want to be one of so many grateful inmates to truly thank you all at Revelation Bible Ministry for your written letters and outstanding dedication to advancing the Gospel of Jesus.

I don’t have funds on my books, but I do receive stamps, and was wondering if it was ok to send stamps as a donation gift?  Please let me know, thank you so much.

May Our Precious Savior bless your ministry richly and may your hearts be full in the knowledge that you’ve blessed so many – Thank you and God bless you

Love in Christ, your brother John

P.S. My daughter would have been 36 years old yesterday – when your gift arrived here at the prison, Thanks again!

Dear Revelation Bible Ministry,

My name is Will I am in Calipatria State Prison. I recently found the Lord in my life.  A fellow Christian friend of mine found out that I don’t have a Bible.  He gave me this address and told me I should write to you, that you might be of some help.

My older sister of 9 years just died of a heart attack.  I was in a bad place in my life (gang banging) doing a term of 14 years.  I finally had enough and gave up everything for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  I’m on my way to a better place now and I’ve never been happier.  If you could, would you please send me a Bible so I can continue on my path with the Lord? It would be highly appreciated.  God bless you and thank you for this time.

You’re Christian brother, Will

Thank you and God bless you Revelation Bible Ministry for all your good work of the Word, thank you.

Hello,

I am writing you to see if it would be possible to receive a Bible from your ministry.  I came across your address the other day, so I thought I would write.

I’ve written several in the past (meaning ministries).  Most don’t respond or if they do you get a letter saying they don’t have free material budgeted for their ministry or church.  In other words you can’t get any of their Bibles or material unless you can afford it.  I was on a waiting list for a Bible for over 2 years from a place in Missouri, but they shut down.

If it is possible, I am looking for a compact, large style print (NKJV) in a leather type of biding (brown in color).  If this is at all possible, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you for your service to the Lord.

Sincerely, John

To whom it may concern.  I would like to request a Bible.  I am a follower of Jesus Christ.  My celly got one and referred me to this address for one.  I want to learn more about the Word of God.  I am a prisoner with a 45 year sentence but have found freedom in Our Lord Jesus.  He is faithful and just and awesome!  May Our Father bless your ministry greatly.

Sincerely a servant of God, Isaac

God willing we meet the 2nd Saturday of each month.
