Greetings loved ones,
Your love, support, and time to volunteer has produced much fruit! It is with great pleasure to announce that 10 years ago the first inmate received his Bible. Hallelujah, since then over 19,000 handwritten letters from inmates have requested and received their Living Word of God, all through word of mouth. Our next volunteer day will be Saturday, March 16th, 2023. You are invited to come out and serve. We get beautiful letters of thanks in the mail that are very touching, and it is always an honor to share them with all of you. This time we’d like to share one particular one with you:
Dear Revelation Bible Ministry,
I just received my sword in the mail last night. I had no idea that it was going to be so nice! I like it so much. I would like to thank everybody at the ministry for the gift that I will have and cherish always. Today I brought it to Bible study, and everyone liked it. I almost didn’t want anyone to know where I got it from; it’s that special to me. God is going to bless each one of you for taking the time to personalize each and every Bible. Some of us do not really have anybody who looks out for them while they are here in prison. When everyone else is frequently called up to receive books or packages that their loved ones sent all we can do is watch. So, when I was called up to receive and package and came to find out that it was a really nice Bible that not only had it been personalized with sticky tabs but had my name on the cover I was soooo happy. I felt like I had some family out there that really cares. I would like everyone at the ministry to know how appreciative I am of them. I’m only going to refer people who I think are worthy of receiving such a gift. People who know how to take care of things. People who are going to read the Word and cherish it. I plan on making a big donation to the ministry once I’m able to, and I will encourage others to do so as well. Thank you for all the time you’ve put in and all the love. The members at the Revelation Bible ministry are truly family.
